Please accept this memorandum as both a personal and professional recommendation for Russ Gorman and EZ Golf Solutions.

Russ approached Miller to incorporate a golf education program into our Employee Programs and Wellness Program several years ago and it is working great!

Our employee golf program has grown dramatically with Russ providing golf clinics, personal and group instructions and on-site and off-site personalized instruction.  Russ and EZ Golf Solutions also assisted with our world-wide technical conference golf outing with SAB Miller employees from all over the world – with different skill levels and equipment needs.

His teaching style is professional and very accommodating to the employees who had never picked up a golf club, to the employees who are more seasoned and want to sharpen their game and lower their handicap. The program is so popular; Russ helped us install an on-site net and practice area within our Corporate Fitness Center and also at our Milwaukee Brewery location where he provides clinics and lessons.

We’ve found the golf sessions and clinics that he performs here compliment our corporate wellness and employee programs and through his mentoring style, he builds confidence regarding the game of golf with his students.

Russ Gorman has been working with S.C Johnson for approximately two years and he has definitely provided us with a more full service approach to our program.

In the past, we had PGA golf instructors working for us, but they would primarily just show up to teach the lessons and then leave.  We needed to do all the promotion, registration, contacts, and stock the range for lessons, etc.  One of the nicest advantages for me, as the company representative, is that all I now need to do is submit an occasional promotion in our company newsletter, Russ does everything else.  It has become a great program with little internal effort.

Russ does a fantastic job with the lessons themselves.  He teaches all levels of players and is willing to accommodate individual lessons or groups.  Most of the lessons he coordinates for us are on our site, but he is willing to meet with our employees at other locations that are convenient for them.  I receive many positive comments about his teaching style, his drills, and the results his students get.  He is particularly skilled with enabling beginner golfers to “play the game” quickly. He also helps them with equipment, fitting, and good prices.  This brings the full service approach to his program; participant can learn the game, get good advice on equipment, buy equipment at discount prices, and even get it delivered to our site.

Another plus for our golfers is Russ’ numerous contacts in the golf business and his involvement with many golf outings, clinics, etc. in the area.  If people are interested in any events or activities, he is a great resource for access to those services in the area.

I am happy to have his services available to S.C Johnson participants.  He has simplified our program for our staff, while bringing a superior product to our employees, retirees, and families.

Russ Gorman of EZ Golf Solutions has literally pulled our program out of the garbage can and into the sunlight.  When I first played golf with Russ in a charity golf outing, I was actually still missing the golf ball.  He told me that taking golf lessons would really help me.  Therefore, he was shocked when I told him that I had taken lots of lessons.  The problem was that I never understood what the club pros were trying to teach me.  Being too embarrassed to ask questions, I just paid for the lessons and left.

Russ told me that his method was simple so I decided to try one more golf lesson.  Thank goodness I did, because now I can play on any golf course with any golfer and have a great time doing it.  The first drill was a shock to my system because I could actually hit the golf ball solidly with every swing.  The following drills gave me more confidence and made me a better golfer.  After the simple short game clinic I could actually chip and pitch the ball onto the green with confidence.

I truly believe that EZ Golf Solutions uses good communications as the secret to their golf teaching.  Russ used words and explanations that I could relate to.  This past summer I played in Milwaukee’s Pro Tour (US Bank Championship) pro-am and also in the Nationwide Tour pro-am in North Dakota.  That shows how far my golf game has come since working with Russ.

My company uses EZ Golf Solutions and I tell all of my customers and friends about them too.  We also take advantage of their special deals on the golf clubs that they personally fit, golf apparel, golf balls, and other special promotional items.

In conclusion, I want to thank Russ and EZ Golf Solutions for their excellent service in teaching us and the numerous customers, friends, and vendors whom I have referred to them.
