Terms And Conditions: To reserve your Golf Galaxy Tour - Las Vegas Ryder Cup Challenge Package call (414) 529-0800 or (800) 366-1985. Payment in full is required and can be made by check, cash or credit card. Cancellations: Up until 9/10/07 tour cancellation fee of $50.00 per person.
After 9/10/07: 100% Penalty. Revisions: Hotel Changes, Name Changes, Etc. $35.00 pp
Tour Insurance is available and highly recommended. Additional Penalties and Fees: The above terms and conditions are in reference to the "ACE" Package and "Sandbagger" Package only. Optional add-ons such as additional room nights, airline tickets, etc. may require additional cancellation fees from those suppliers. Please ask your agent for any penalties that may occur fro cancellation of additional add-on items that you may elect to purchase. To avoid cancellation penalties we highly recommend TRAVEL GUARD tour Insurance available thorough our professional travel consultants.
Responsibilities: Purchaser(s) of any sports tour acknowledges that Carlson Wagonlit Travel - Parkland (CWTP) & The Golf Galaxy Golf Tour (GGGT) is only acting as independent intermediaries for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by CWTP or GGGT. Such as, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, event tickets, etc., and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delays, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. CWTP or GGGT shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the company's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Purchasers booking shall constitute a consent to the above and engaging by CWTP or GGGT purchaser acknowledges all terms and conditions and agrees to hold the CWTP or GGGT blameless in making the arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
